What does the new shape of the MA Foil do on the water?
The reduced wingspan of the MA Foil makes it possible to implement the rider's steering commands immediately - this leads to maximum direct handling and is particularly noticeable when changing direction. The Foil follows any desired turn radius without delay, which can be corrected at any time even at reduced airspeed. This makes gybing and turning easier than ever before.
The unique rectangular shape and the resulting even flow along the entire profile result in absolutely even lift and exceptional flight stability. Even at high speed, the foil is perfectly streamed, remains absolutely calm and is always very easy to control. The excellent control and smoothness enables the rider to exploit the speed potential of the foil as best as possible and to always be in control even in rough conditions.
In terms of safety, the MA Foil also scores with its cut and rounded wingtips. They eliminate the pointed wingtips of classic foil shapes and reduce the risk of accidents for athletes and equipment.
