The TRAY carbon board has always been the ultimate kite foil board. But our customers started using it for pumping, docking and foiling behind the board.
So it was a natural evolution of the iconic TRAY line to be reworked with a brand new outline that brings the widest point of the board further forward while making the tail narrower. This way the board has a perfect balance underfoot while the tail doesn't get stuck on hard carves.
The tray boards are still super thin (20mm thickness) and retain the same reinforced carbon construction.
To spice up the look of the board for 2024, we have painted it with our signature AXIS red colour. By removing all the carbon from the board, we have also improved its thermal properties when left in the sun for hours (not recommended). The EVA pad runs the entire length of the board, so you can place your feet wherever your stance requires. And multiple footstrap inserts make the TRAY boards very versatile for riding with or without straps.
To round off the overall package of the 2024 Tray boards, we have developed glove-compatible board bags that fit perfectly with every tray size and protect your board from bumps and knocks in the car, on the boat or on the beach. The tray board bags can also be used with the foil attached to the board.
