A highly sporty, competitive slalom sail with incredible forward momentum, the Duotone windsurf sail S_PACE craves speed yet is easy to control. It carries the racing genes of the WARP for unrestricted power development, but at the same time has unusually pleasant handling for this class. The basis is the revolutionary 3 IN 1 DESIGN, developed by Kai over a period of 3 years, which allows an unprecedented trim range. Together with the three brand-new HYPER CAM 2.0, the result is an incredibly wide range of use: the S_PACE can be optimally trimmed downwards or upwards in the respective wind window and fundamentally altered, which allows it to achieve maximum performance across all wind ranges! The new S_PACE in 3 IN 1 DESIGN is the perfect symbiosis of our most successful race slalom and freeride sails: whether V-Max, maximum planing acceleration or as a sporty foil, the S_PACE is the most versatile cam sail on the market. In this sail, designer Kai Hopf combines the top performance of the WARP with very balanced handling and a significantly wider range of use. This is possible thanks to a greatly reduced and almost straight luff curve in the upper area. This means that changes in luff tension have a very large effect on the leech. Low tension means low loose leech, high tension means pronounced loose leech. The two MIN and MAX trim points, which are extremely far apart, prove that the 3 IN 1 DESIGN covers an incredibly wide wind range. What's more, the S_PACE shows completely different planing behaviour and rig feeling depending on the trim. In MIN trim with a taut leech, it can be pumped up easily, accelerates very efficiently and feels incredibly light - also ideal for foiling. In MAX trim, on the other hand, the S_PACE feels very similar to the WARP, gets faster and faster and has no upper limits. Three new, length-adjustable HYPER CAMS 2.0 provide unique pressure point and profile stability with comfortable rotation. Unique to the new S_PACE is also the strongly tapered mast pocket in the AERO SLEEVE DESIGN 2.0. Its width in the aerodynamically important boom area enables the ideal transition from the "thick" mast leading edge to the "thin" sail profile. At the top of the sail, on the other hand, the mast pocket is kept relatively narrow to enable fast water starts. This is supported by the LUFF LIFT DESIGN of the WARP 20.20, which provides additional buoyancy. Simply ingenious: For foil use, the S_PACE has a special eyelet on the leech to allow the sail to be sailed even more upright!
