In 2000 the Starboard Carve celebrated its premiere and became THE freeride board of the year. Even more, the shorter but wider shape inspired the entire freeride board segment in the years to come and gave the starting signal for new, much easier to ride shapes.

The Carve 119 convinces with enormous speed potential and always keeps full control even in demanding chop. This is mainly due to the thin rails, while the Carve 119 draws its gliding strength from its slightly wider shape.
A classic freerider that also offers enough top speed potential for fun events.
The ultimate freeride all-rounder. The Carve 129 has it all. Very fast planing, high acceleration, high-speed jibe.
The Carve 139 + 149 has a Wood Sandwich construction with a foil box and is therefore "read to foil".
Also 2023 in the range are Carve 159 and Carve 169. Perhaps the best carves we have ever built and the ultimate recommendation for freeride beginners and light wind conditions.
The boards glide (almost) by themselves and are very easy to ride and playful to control and jibe.
Starboard brings back its "Trademark Construction" from 1995 into the range and additionally takes into account some points in terms of environmental protection, uses for example "Australian Pine", water-based varnish and much more.
